I just moved house, so I've had to rein in my spending, so I've had to stop buying books. It's far from easy because I used to buy at least five a month, but a necessary evil and all that.

It's really a shame, because I love new books :(

Which I know doesn't really answer the question, but the truth is that everything I buy/pay/spend on is necessary, so I couldn't really cut any of it. Am truly skint :/

I love chuck and blair - there's a weird intensity there that I just can't watch enough of, like they love each other so much, but they feel like they can't be together becasue it would change everything. It's heartwrenching :( although I can't even count how many times I've watched that last scene of season 2 on youtube and *squee*ed :D I love the agony but I love love love the happy ending!

German has a word for everything, like ohrwurm. Translated literally as "earworm" in English, it's the word for songs that get stuck in your head and won't go away. What earworm of a song do you most dread burrowing into your head?

Is Sarah Palin a shrewd choice for the Republican Party, or is she a liability?

I don't know really :S I don't think she's either a liability or a shrewd choice to be honest, I think it was probably more about John McCain seeing the popularity of Hilary Clinton as a female presidential hopeful and thinking 'I want some of that!' Considering how she's quite right wing and conservative, and yet this morning announced that her 17 year old unmarried daughter is pregnant, I would think it's a choice made in haste, without McCain taking a good look at her to see what sort of problems she would bring. Yeah, she's not hard on the eye, but when push comes to shove will she be any good?

I say all this, but really I've no idea what she's about really :S and I'm not even American so it's not as if my opinion affects anything!

Depends what music medium you're talking about! My first ever tape album was a set of 3 that my cousin made for me (probably illegally :S) and it was PJ and Duncan (now Ant and Dec for you youngsters) which was the album with Psyche on. Can't remember what it was called .... probably Psyche! It also had the East 17 album Steam and a Take That album, I forget which one. Unforts, I don't still listen to them, my little brother destroyed them in a fit of rage one day. I think I took away his teddy bear or something!

My first CD wasn't an album, it was Now 35! It was ace, it had Breakfast at Tiffany's and Perfect 10 and Rotterdam on it :D I still listen to it sometimes, when I have a nostalgic moment!

I would open a greasy spoon called 'The Caff'. It would have checked plastic tablecloths and bottles of Heinz ketchup on the tables and generally be very classy :D and I would serve cooked breakfasts and egg and chips! Doesn't sound like much, but me and Jo have talked about it loads of times - we'd stand behind the counter and call all out customers 'the boys'!

It'd be chavvy, but ace :D
